STUDENTS from Swinton Fitzwilliam Primary School had a week of outdoors adventure on a recent trip to a national park in South Wales.

A group of nearly 40 Year Six pupils joined teachers on the five day trip to Absolute Adventure in the Brecon Beacons.

They enjoyed a wide variety of activities including abseiling down a sheer rock face, deep caving and Gorge walking.

They also enjoyed a visit to a model dinosaur park.

Teacher Jenna Holden said: “All of the students and teachers really enjoyed it.

“We wanted to give the kids something new to do this year and they really got stuck into all of the outdoor activities.”
