A distraught Doncaster woman is calling on Facebook users to reunite her with a family heirloom lost on a shopping trip.

Ann Carr has taken to social media in a bid to trace the bracelet which belonged to her late father.

She said: “It is priceless to me as it is the only thing I have of my dad’s. He died 15 years ago and I have worn it every day since. Each link is individually hallmarked. I know the likelihood of it being found and handed in are slim but I am hoping that there are still some honest people in the world.” She believes it was lost in Primark or the Market Place on Tuesday morning.
