Doncaster paralympian to speak at charity event

The South Yorkshire Centre for Inclusive Living (SYCIL) invite members of the public to their annual general meeting on December 3, in celebration of the international day of disabled people.

Doncaster paralympian, Craig McCann will be guest speaker and the Stonehill School Choir will entertain in between a raffle and free buffet.

Madeleine O’Sullivan, CEO of SYCIL said: “We are delighted to celebrate International Day of Disabled People this year.

The day is about raising awareness and celebrating achievements.

As a local charity that is led by disabled people this will be a great opportunity for us to celebrate the achievements of our staff and volunteers as well as hearing from Doncaster Paralympian Craig McCann who is an inspiration to many people.”

The meeting takes place at Castle Park Rugby Club between 1.45pm and 4.30pm on December 3.
