A WOMAN is due to go on trial next year accused of sexual offences against a schoolboy.

Rachel Peters, 40, of Kennington Grove, Edlington, made her first appearance before Doncaster Crown Court on a total of 11 charges relating to a boy of 13.

Peters will face eight allegations of inciting a boy to engage in sexual activity and three of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.

They are alleged to have taken place last year.

Peters did not make a plea to the charges but her defence counsel asked the court to fix a three-day trial date in April.

The defendant was granted conditional bail.
