Police hunt hit-and-run driver following collision in Rotherham

Police in Rotherham are hunting a hit-and-run driver after a cyclist was knocked off his bike.

The 32-year-old cyclist was riding under the railway bridge on Rotherham Road, Parkgate, when he was struck by a car which failed to stop.

He was hit at 1.30am on Saturday, June 13 by a dark-coloured car, which was travelling in the same direction.

Anyone with information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
