Man knifed in neck on Doncaster street

A MAN on a Doncaster street was stabbed in the neck in broad daylight after an argument with three men.

The 37-year-old was walking along Arksey Lane in Bentley when he was attacked by a man he is believed to have been arguing with.

The victim was taken to hospital with an inch-wide stab wound to his neck. His condition was described as not life-threatening.

The man who is believed to have stabbed him, is described as white, approximately 5ft 9ins tall and of a medium build. He is around 45-year-old and was wearing a blue baseball cap, blue jeans and a waist length jacket. It is also believed that one of the other two men had what is believed to be a husky type dog.

The 37-year-old was wearing a blue hoodie with a white jacket over the top at the time. The man who allegedly stabbed him is thought to be known to him.

The attack took place on November 28 at about 2pm, at the junction between Arksey Lane and The Homestead.
