Hooton Pagnell driver caught using his mobile phone

A Hooton Pagnell man has been fined £270 for driving his Land Rover Freelander while on his mobile phone.

David Patrickson, 50, of Buttercross House, was caught when he was driving along Wheatley Hall Road.

He must also pay a victim surcharge of £27, costs of £35 and has been given three penalty points on his driving licence.

Patrickson admitted the offence at Doncaster Magistrates’ Court.
