A fire at the derelict Nuttall’s Mintoes factory in Wheatley, Doncaster, last night was arson, say fire chiefs.

Crews were sent to Baxter Avenue just after 6pm when a large amount of cabling and refuse inside the building went up in flames.

A fire service spokesman confirmed the fire had been started deliberately.
