A drugs pusher has been jailed for nearly three years.
Darren Kelly, 32, was found guilty at Doncaster Crown Court of possession with intent to supply a class B drug, cannabis, possession of a class A drug, cocaine, and possession of a class B drug, amphetamine.
Kelly, of Shaw Road, Edlington, was arrested when police carried out a raid following a tip off.
Officers recovered £5,375 in cash, £4,000 worth of cannabis, £240 of cocaine and £150 of amphetamine from his home on August 20.
At the conclusion of his trial on Monday he was sentenced to two years and 10 months in prison.
Afterwards PC Jo Butler said: “Drugs have an impact on the lives of residents. By removing them and Kelly from the area, it will hopefully improve the quality of life for them.
“The information we receive from the public is vital.”
