A blaze at an unused commercial property in Hyde Park caused minor damage this morning.

Three fire crews - two from Doncaster and one from Edlington station - were called to the address in Gill Street at 6.10am after rubbish was set on fire on the ground floor.

Crews spent more than an hour damping down at the scene of the blaze, which is being classed as deliberate.
