An impressive £8,200 was raised for the Kinder Appeal by a very well supported golfing day at Forest Pines.

The DC Training Charity Golf Show included demonstrations by trick golfer David Edwards, and a video commentary of the competition.

Organiser Darren Calow, of Westwoodside, said: “It’s been great working with everyone and we’re delighted to be rebooked for 2014. A brilliant day.”

Teams taking part included Doncaster Rovers, defending champions Doncaster Round Table, Wheatley Hills RU Club, Pleveys Garden Centre, H.I. Weldricks, Smith Craven, Misterton Golf Club, Taj Mahal, Regent Hotel and many more.
