A search has been launched to find the brightest young entrepreneurs in Rotherham.
Rotherham Youth Enterprise, which provides support and help to young business owners, has launched the annual Rotherham Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in association with UK Steel Enterprise.
The awards, now in their ninth year, cover all sectors and aim to celebrate and promote the best businesses run by young people in Rotherham.
Darren McDool, business coach from RYE, said: “From the entries we have received so far, it is great to see so many different sectors represented, but there’s still time for young entrepreneurs to enter and give themselves the chance to be recognised for their achievements.
“Previous winners have reaped the rewards from this competition and we would love to see other Rotherham-based enterprises enjoying the same benefits.”
The closing date for entries is Monday, October 20.
Gavin Edley, of Vitalife Teas, said his turnover has almost trebled since winning last year.
