SPORTING experts have opened a new clinic with the aim of helping people to boost their fitness and well-being - and they’ve created new jobs in the process.

International runner Jenny Blizard has launched Blizard Physiotherapy in Bircotes with the help of fellow runner Dave Tune and has also taken on new recruits to meet demand.

The experienced staff of four provide extensive services ranging from individual assessments to workforce sessions.

Local cycling champion Graham Briggs, who is sponsored by the clinic, joined staff for the official opening.
