North Lincolnshire council is continuing to provide apprenticeship opportunities for young people across the Isle and school leaver Sam Allen is one of the latest recruits.
Sam (pictured with councillor Liz Redfern) this week starts an apprenticeship in Information Technology.
Axholme councillor Liz Redfern said: “Providing employment for our young people is a real priority for us as at the council. We have set aside £240,000 this year to create apprenticeships for young people.
“The scheme has a strong track record of working with young people to secure employment after the apprenticeship and also make sure that they continue to develop their qualifications for a future career.”
