New scheme is ‘well on target’
A new housing development in Crowle.
A £1.5 MILLION new development to build 20 homes in Crowle is on schedule for its target completion date.
Keepmoat took over the reigns of the North Lincolnshire Homes project in July 2012 after work had halted under the previous contractor Clayfield Construction. The development, at the former Manor Gardens site, will see the creation of 16 new two-bedroom apartments and four two-bed bungalows. It is part of a wider development programme which will see an additional 68 homes built across the region. Martin Phillips, Development Manager at North Lincolnshire Homes, said the project “is well on target for completion in June 2013.”
