Kind-hearted staff at a manufacturing firm have donated £1000 to the Hallam FM Cash for Kids Appeal.

Representatives from Doncaster-based Intastop Ltd, which makes products for the healthcare and public sectors, handed over a big cheque to fundraising organisers from the radio station.

Sarah Barsby, marketing director at Intastop, said: “We are a charitable organisation and ensure that each year we choose charities that are close to our hearts. The Hallam FM Cash for Kids appeal is local to us and helps local children which is something our staff was really keen to see.” Based across 21 areas in the UK in partnership with Bauer Radio stations, Cash for Kids raises money to help disadvantaged youngsters to reach their full potential.
