A significant increase in international sales means the firm is a major employee in Rotherham and has generated a confirmed forward order book that will help it achieve target sales approaching £10m this year.
S3 ID’s export success is a result of generating more interest and awareness surrounding its unique technology. This strategy has enabled it to form strong partnerships with the largest operators in the oil and gas markets including Statoil, Conoco Phillips and Siemens.
The firm has also managed to establish a presence in most of the major oil rich geographic regions around the world including Singapore and the Gulf of Mexico which has led to it securing major overseas contracts.
This includes its largest single order to date with a value worth more than £4.2m.
The company also holds more than 25 patents with more pending, creating a long term, sustainable business model for international sales growth.
