Arsonists strike in two Doncaster villages

A LANDROVER was left severely damaged after arsonists set fire to it this morning.

The vehicle was parked in a garden at the back of houses in Thorne Road, Stainforth, when the firestarters struck.

Firefighters were called to put out the flames at around 1.30am.

Meanwhile a crew from Doncaster station were called to a skip fire near to the Co-op supermarket in Church Street, Armthorpe.

They spent around 15 minutes putting out the fire started by arsonists this morning at around 6.15am.
