DETECTIVES are hunting suspected arsonists who set fire to a house whilst its occupants were on holiday.
The blaze is believed to have started at the back of a property in Moss Croft Lane, Hatfield.
The flames quickly spread to the garage causing substantial damage to the house.
A spokesman for South Yorkshire Police said the occupants of the property were on holiday at the time the fire started on March 22, just before 8pm.
Officers are investigating the incident and believe it may have been the work of arsonists.
They would like to speak to anybody who may have witnessed the incident.
People are asked to call the police on 101 to help with the investigation.
