THIS weekend, May 10 and 11, works are planned to re-configure the traffic signals at the junction of York Road/Barnsley Road, Doncaster, along the A638 Quality Bus Corridor.
This work will involve the deployment of temporary traffic signals allowing the control of all traffic at the junction whilst the new controller is being brought into use.

Works have progressed well so far along York Road, and are now into the final section with all works along York Road expected to be complete by mid/late August 2008.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. The temporary traffic management arrangements are essential for the safety of both the workforce and the general public and will enable the work to be completed more efficiently.
