SNEAKY burglars stole a bank card from a kitchen top at a house in Conisbrough while the occupant was in the garden. The incident happened on North Cliff Road on Tuesday at 7pm and it is thought they gained entry through and insecure door. There have been a number of similar break-ins across Doncaster and police are now advising residents to ensure their properties are secure at all times.
A NUMBER of Netto supermarkets across the Dearne Valley have extend their opening hours. A total of six stores will now remain open until 8pm on Saturdays, rather than the previous time of 6pm. Richard Lancaster, Managing Director of Netto, said: "The move is in response to customer feedback we've had over the last few months."

Netto stores at the following locations are now open later: High Street, Grimethorpe; Midland Road, Royston; Doncaster Road, Denaby Main; High Street, Goldthorpe; High Street, Wath-upon-Dearne and Taylors Lane, Parkgate.
