Mexborough murder: man in court

A MAN will today appear in court charged with the murder of a 33-year-old Mexborough mum-of-four.
Sue Ferries died after being stabbed at a flat on Wath Road, Mexborough at around 9.40pm on Tuesday.

A post mortem examination on Wednesday afternoon found that she had died from a single stab wound.

20-year-old Jason William Ferries, from the Manchester area, will appear at Doncaster Magistrates Court today.

She leaves husband Paul Ferries and their four children, Reece, three, Courtney, six, Ashley, 12 and Joe, 15.

Paul and Sue lived separately - Sue on Laburnum Road, Mexborough, and Paul in the flat on Wath Road where his wife was stabbed.
