Restaurant staff from across the region have raised over £5,000 for charity - after braving a ‘mud run’!
Frankie & Benny’s workers served up a charity breakfast morning then the general managers of each restaurant, along with area managers and the area chef all completed the gruelling 5.5 mile JCB Mud Run the very next day.
The Staffordshire-based course featured a 100ft long underground mud tunnel, cargo nets, mud baths, rope swings, monkey bars and plenty of mud.
The money raised is for Amy’s House - a respite facility for families with special needs children based in South Yorkshire.
Frankie & Benny’s regularly hold charity breakfasts on the last Friday of every month where they ask each guest to make a generous donation in exchange for a free breakfast that morning.
