A FEAST of fashion and music - plus a special celebrity guest - is on the cards all in the name of charity next month.

Epworth business Poshfrocks is the brains behind the event, which is being held at Forest Pines in Brigg on September 6 from 7pm onwards.

It will be opened by TV star Tricia Penrose of Heartbeat fame, and there will be music by Miss Marina Mae, violinist Alexandra Parker, Isle bands Wrooted and Rita Payne, with three more still to confirm.

Inbetween the live entertainment will be fashion displays from a range of exhibitors. There will also be a bar and a raffle too.

All proceeds from the evening will got to Alexander Strong, a seven-year-old from Epworth, who suffers from a rare form of cancer called Neuroblastoma. His family need to raise £90,000 to send Alex to Germany for life saving treatment.

Tickets are now on sale and cost £8 per person or £24 for a family of four.

Phone Poshfrocks on 01427 875380 or send payments via Paypal leesa@posh-frocks.com, leaving your name and address as a reference and the tickets will be posted out to you.

Organiser Leesa Sharpe said: “I would like to thank all the helpers, I couldn’t do it without you.”
