A five-star house builder has given its Mexborough show home complex a modern twist and is inviting house hunters to come and take a look.

Potters Walk is the latest development from Lovell, who is bringing a range of two and three-bedroom homes to Kirby Street.

The house builder has teamed up with interior design specialists, Claude Hooper, who has given the new show homes a contemporary look that will make families feel right at home.

Sales Adviser, Jill Barthorpe, comments: “Our new show homes have been given a vibrant splash of colour and a contemporary feel that we believe will really appeal to those who are interested in buying at Potters Walk.

“The two-bedroom Harlock-style house is an ideal choice for couples or individuals looking to buy their first home, while the three-bedroom Hallington house is well suited to a growing family; both properties have been given the Claude Hooper treatment to transform them into warm and welcoming homes.”

Designed with young, professional couples in mind, The Harlock home has been given a sophisticated scheme with a modern twist, incorporating hints of orange alongside taupe, black and white.

In the lounge, feature wallpaper with a bold orange and metallic silver stripe creates a focal wall, complemented by accessories and statement vases, while black gloss, white gloss and walnut coloured furniture can be found throughout the house.

The theme continues upstairs, with the master bedroom boasting circular patterned orange and metallic silver wallpaper.

A stylish and modern family home, The Hallington features a brown, black, taupe and cream colour scheme that creates a classic look, which is given a contemporary touch by the black, wenge and mirrored furniture.

Upstairs, the en-suite master bedroom boasts nickel-coloured wallpaper with cream leaves and flower artwork in sepia tones, with bedroom three featuring white wood furniture and a white iron bed frame.

Jill adds: “I think the spacious layouts, high specification kitchens and sleek bathrooms make these homes highly desirable, and these features, coupled with the stunning interior design, create that wow factor feeling when you step through the door.

“The location is also very attractive, as Potters Walk sits opposite parkland and within easy reach of the town centre, local amenities and schools, and the feedback we’ve received from visitors shows our modern homes are highly sought-after in Mexborough.”

The show home complex also features a two-bedroom Ullswater view home, which has been dressed with soft furnishings in a very contemporary lime green, black and white colour scheme.

Prices start from £86,000.

Enjoy a taste of life at Potters Walk by visiting the show home complex from 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday. Alternatively, call Jill on 01709 581700 or go to Lovell new homes, Potters Walk
