POP fans were heading in One Direction this week - straight to the Keepmoat Stadium.

For popstar Louis Tomlinson has arranged a charity football match at the stadium between a Doncaster Rovers side and his pub team The Three Horseshoes of Branton.

The Bessacarr singer, part of boyband megastars One Direction, is raising money for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.

With many fans at school when the tickets went on sale on Monday, it was up to the parents to get their hands on the hottest tickets in town as they queued up from 9am.

The club is expecting the October 22 match to be a 15,000 sell-out. Anyone not able to get to the stadium should visit https://online.keepmoatstadium.com or by calling 0844 324 5590.
