THE COMPETITION for the crown of Miss South Yorkshire Times 2008 is wide open so get those entries in now to give yourself the glorious chance of getting your hands on the tiara and a host of prizes.
And we are still on the lookout for those over-35s that can prove that beauty and grace are timeless so if you fit that bill, or you know someone who does, get the entries in for Miss South Yorkshire Times Classic.

Both winners will get free entry to Ladies Day at the St Leger Festival at Doncaster Racecourse and receive automatic entry into the Best Dressed competition with their outfit for the day paid for by a top high street store.

The lucky 17-35 year old crowned Miss SYT will also take part in a professional photographic portfolio courtesy of Funky Elegant while the prize kitty will continue to grow as the competition progresses.

A fantastic grand finale night will be held at the Pastures Lodge, Mexborough, in September where the ten finalists for each section will be whittled down to the two winners by a judging panel.

Those ten finalists will be selected by the Dearne public as they help to choose the two faces to represent them via a public text vote after all entries are published in a special SYT supplement and online.
