MR BILL Marsden will be the preacher at Valley Methodist Church, Darfield, on Sunday at 10.30am. In the evening church members are travelling to Longton Methodist Church at Stoke on Trent to attend the Ordination service of the Rev Andy Day and the Rev Jon Bellfield at 5pm.
GREAT Houghton Methodist Church celebrates its anniversary this Sunday when the preacher at 10.30am will be Deacon Janet Thomas.
SERVICES at St Michael and All Angels' Church, Great Houghton, will take place on Sunday at 10am and 6pm. Midweek meetings include: Morning prayer Tuesdays 11am and Thursdays 9.30am, Bible Home Group meetings at 40, Norfolk Road, Thursdays 10am and Bible Church Group in the Church Rooms, Thursdays at 7.30pm.
