DEARNE Valley Kites will present an independent evaluation study at The Pastures Lodge on Wednesday July 15. If anyone would like to attend to hear more about the group's achievements and the work they do book a place by calling 01709 888989.
A RESIDENT at Dearne Valley Care Centre Mrs Connie Bird, will celebrate her 88th birthday on Monday.

YEAR 6 pupils at Highgate School will take part in a sports afternoon at Dearne High School on Tuesday. They will also spend the day at Dearne Hi
gh next Thursday.

A COFFEE morning will be held at Heather Garth School on Wednesday from 8.30pm. An afternoon for parents of Years 1 and 2 and FS2 pupils takes place today (Thurs). On Tuesday, Year 6 pupils will have a transition visit to Dearne High School and there will be a parents afternoon for Years 5 and 6.

ALL THE children from Lacewood Primary School are having a trip to a cinema in Sheffield on Tuesday.
BOLTON Methodist Knit and Natter Group will meet on Wednesday from 1.45-3.45pm.

VARIOUS classes and activities at St Andrew's Community Centre through the week during term-times are: Mondays: 5-7pm Weight Watchers.

Tuesdays: 6-7pm Tai Kwon Do, 7.30-9pm Bingo. Thursdays: 9-11am Rainbows Parents and Toddlers Group, 1-3pm Kites Caterpillar Club, 5.50-6.50pm Tai Kwon Do, 7.15-9pm Line Dancing. Fridays: Noon-2pm Over-50's Luncheon Club. Saturdays: 7-9.30pm Adult Dance Club.
