A CHARITABLE couple saddled up to complete an epic 300-mile cycle ride to Paris.

Chris and Jeanette Hiblin, aged 47 and 46 respectively, rode from London all the way to the French capital for their four-day trip.

The pedalling pair managed to raise over £1,000 for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.

Mr Hiblin, of Melbourne Road in Balby, said: “It was hard work but great fun. We both motivated each other throughout because it was extremely difficult at times but we helped each other.

“We both love what Bluebell Wood do and wanted to help out in any way we could.”
