doncaster Rovers stars Iain Hume and David Cotterill scored a slap up dinner as they turned up to open a new restaurant.

The footballers supported John Coleman and Sarah Rimmington who were celebrating the opening of their new restaurant Thyme at Bawtry, in Swan Street, Bawtry.

John Coleman, who is also head chef said: “The pub boasts traditional British food and gastropub classics with a twist.

“We had a great opening night and it was really nice that David and Iain manage to come down and support us.”

The new look restaurant boasts a breakfast lunch and dinner menu and also serves Sunday lunch.
