Shoppers get into shape

SHOPPERS not only bagged a bargain but were also given advice on how to stay fit and active when they went into the town centre.

There was plenty of information on offer to people who ventured into the Frenchgate Centre with staff from the likes of Doncaster Dome, Vision Express, Simply Health and Fitness First telling shoppers how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

And demonstrations were on offer as gym equipment was available for people to use and zumba performances took place as well as free health checks throughout a week of activities to get shoppers in shape.
