Planning application for village homes

Planning permission has been sought to build four bungalows, six flats and one communal building at Albion Grove and land at Albion Hill, Epworth.

The proposal includes alterations to existing public parking areas and access to 14 car parking spaces for use by residents and visitors including hard and soft landscaping.

The application now under consideration by North Lincolnshire Council was made by North Lincolnshire Homes on December 7.
