GIRLS Brigade will meet at Bank Street Methodist Church tonight (Thursday) at 6pm followed by the Scouts at 7.45pm.
There will be a coffee morning on Saturday from 10am to noon. A Sequence Dance session will be held at the church on Monday at 7pm. The Parents and Toddler Group meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30-11am. Cubs meet on Tuesday at 5.30pm and Beavers meet Wednesday at 5.45pm.
THE CUBS meet at Mexborough Baptist Church on Monday at 6.30pm. Scallywags (for tots ages 0-3) meet on Tuesday at 9am and Wednesday at 9am. The Avalunch is on Wednesday from 12-1.30pm followed by the Brownies at 5.30pm. A gentle exercise class is on Thursday at 10am followed by Beavers at 5.45pm and Scouts at 7pm.
MEXBOROUGH and Swinton Astronomical Society will have a display of their work, including models and pictures of the planets, at Mexborough Library to help mark the National Year of Astronomy.
