He is often called upon to give photographic displays and slide shows at venues over a wide area. He is pictured (second right) at an exhibition with his wife Christine, in the 1980s.
This photograph is one of thousands taken by Derrick French during more than a decade as Bells Editor in the ‘70s and ‘80s, and as such forms part of a unique social history of Isle life.
