• AN Isle school has had its Ofsted inspection deferred, due to good performance.
St Norbert’s Catholic Primary School was judged to be ‘good’ by inspectors in 2009. A recent interim assessment showed that ‘the school’s performance has been sustained and we can defer the next inspection to 2014.’
• THE next meeting of West Butterwick and District Gardening Club will take place on March 4 at West Butterwick Village Hall from 7.30pm.
The speaker is Mal Walker and the subject is ‘Bees and Plants that Attract Bees’.

• SEQUENCE tea dances are now taking place at an Epworth venue on a weekly basis.
A dance will be held each Tuesday, at Epworth Thurlow Pavilion, running from 2pm to 4pm.
Admission will be £1 and this will include refreshments and a raffle.
