Help Tesco cancer bid

Big hearted Dearne folk are invited to start 2013 with an exciting new challenge by taking part in a special fundraising weekend to support Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work.

Every Penny Counts volunteering collections will take place at Tesco Metro in Mexborough during the weekend which runs Saturday to Sunday February 2-3.

Cancer Research UK is looking for enthusiastic and friendly people from South Yorkshire to come down to their local store to help out for just three hours - or more if they prefer.

Other stores taking part are Tescos Superstore at Dinnington Rotherham Superstore and Barnsley Extra, all aiming to contribute to the national £10 million record target.
