TWO brothers have received a top award for their voluntary work at a Denaby youth centre.

Luke and Liam Dickinson have been recognised at the Doncaster Volunteer Awards for their hard work and commitment at the Tom Hill Youth Centre.

The siblings were among more than 30 young people between the ages of 14 and
19 to be presented with their gold, silver and bronze awards.

Mayor Peter Davies presented the volunteers with their awards.

Mr Davies said: “I am really impressed and pleased to hear that so many of our young people in Doncaster are achieving recognition and awards for their participation and active involvement in the community, and ultimately helping to make Doncaster a better place for all.

“These young people are a credit to their communities.”
