Firms employing people who drive for and at work have been to an event organised by South Yorkshire Safer Roads Partnership.

Every day more than 150 vehicles driven on company business crash, and each year there are 14,000 road deaths and serious injuries involving people at work.

With the introduction of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act in April 2008, the subject has become key issue. The event will take place at the Lifewise Centre, Hellaby, on January 9 at 9am on. Telephone 0114 273 6165 for details.
